"The next generation of rock stars ..." Sometimes a band surfaces and it’s immediately clear that this is a must-see. In this case it is ZFG! A host of talent and a loads of energy guarantee an impressive live show from these top musicians. A chip off the old block; alongside singer Jules Galli and drummer Josh Devine (former One Direction), ZFG consists of guitarist Trev Lukather (Toto’s Steve Lukather’s son) and bassist Sam Porcaro (Toto’s Mike Porcaro’s son).

The members of ZFG were good friends and already played in various projects. Just for fun, they decided to enter the studio with the approach: making music without rules or boundaries. They called this first day in the studio “Zero Fucks Given” which led to their band name ZFG. Their enormous chemistry leads to a fusion of anthemic, hook-filled melodies with funky rock guitar riffs and groovy rock beats. They just released an EP with single “Special” and the band will be touring for the first time this spring. They perform alongside Adelitas Way and The Winery Dogs on various stages in the US. And on June 29 they will visit De Boerderij!

Vandale was founded in 1979 when singer Bert van Klaveren and guitarist Eddy Bopp met in a rock café in Sittard. There appeared to be real chemistry between the two which is still here today. Hard rock in your own native tongue, an untapped market. Two albums were recorded at the time, “Stale Verhale” and “Schandale”, and throughout the country, in every corner and on every rock stage, all lyrics were sung along loudly by large crowds. Demand for a comeback grew. After 35 years the band is back and in some style! With the long-awaited (third) album “KanNieBale” (with 11 brand new tracks), Vandale is once again ready to take their energetic and exciting show on the road.
