We Can't Dance

Phil Collins surprised many fans (and critics) in 2016 by publishing his autobiography and announcing a series of solo concerts. A reunion of Genesis was not to be, unfortunately. Keyboardist Santiago Jansen therefor decided to bring the Genesis tributary band We Can't Dance back to life again and perform the music of Genesis in a live setting.
2017 marks the 25th anniversary of "The Way We Walk", the last live tour and subsequent album release before Phil Collins announced his departure from Genesis in 1994. On the occasion of this anniversary, We Can't Dance will perform the 1992 show in its entirety with "The Way We Walk - 25th Anniversary and More". Mama, Land Of Confusion, No Son Of Mine, I Can't Dance and Invisible Touch, but also much older work, crowd favorites and rarities. Because, among others, the double drum lineup with singer Jarno regularly taking his seat behind the drum kit, We Can't Dance truly pays tribute to Genesis' music. Join us on this trip down memory lane covering four decades during which Peter Gabriel, Steve Hackett, Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford conquered the prog scene and afterwards the world! We Can't Dance is: Santiago 'Banks' Jansen on keyboards; Jarno 'Collins' Wildner on vocals and drums; Marc 'Rutherford' van Luyn on bass, guitar and basspedals; Joost 'Stuermer' Cornelissen on guitar and Johan 'Thompson' Boers on drums.
