American songwriter/guitarist/singer Richie Kotzen gained fame with bands like Posion and Mr. Big. Since 2012 he is also the frontman of The Winery Dogs, a project with drummer Mike Portnoy and bassist Billy Sheehan, in which he has played to numerous sold-out venues. This year, Richie's new solo album "Salting Earth" will be released, a splendid opportunity to hear these new songs performed live.

Kotzen’s career began in the late 80’s when his first album was picked up by the media. He received a lot of attention for his sublime guitar style. Two years later he joined Poison and immediately wrote part of their successful album “Native Tongue” (1993). A few years later he took over from Paul Gilbert in the band Mr. Big. Also with this band Kotzen had much success. Mike Portnoy choose Richie Kotzen as vocalist and guitarist for his new project, The Winery Dogs. This super trio plays worldwide to sold out venues.

The Konincks

Time flies when you do what you love. Looking back Julia, Marc, Mike & Phil played nearly all the stages of their hometown, now they’re taking over the rest of the world. After having released an EP and an album, indie-magazines international radio, as well as rock originators such as Metal Hammer took great interest in these four rednecks. It might be because The Konincks dash head-on into poetry and rhythms with a fierce heart. Wailing guitars and hypnotic compositions like there’s no tomorrow. Looking forward, ‘the world comes into being: 2017’ starts with the new single ‘DAYTIME/NIGHTTIME’; a taste of the upcoming EP. Julias emphatic voice won’t indulge in Patti Smith comparisons. Instead, she evolves an intense independence, grounding and stimulating the listener. Two years ago the music of The Konincks originated from old souls, now they contribute greatly to the zeitgeist of our time. Vehement, relentless, dew-fresh, approachable; all of this while remaining subtle. A trait that today’s radio often lacks. This year there is no way around The Konincks impending arrival between illusion and reality; raw force and prowess.
