The British progressive rock group Jadis was founded in 1986 by singer/guitarist Gary Chandler. The band gained fame at the end of the eighties as support act for IQ and Marillion.

Jadis has managed to retain its characteristic sound over the years. The recognizable keyboard play of Martin Orford and Chandler’s guitar playing form a unique combination. The band now has several studio and live albums to its name, including the classic “More Than Meets The Eye” (1992). Earlier this year they released “Medium Rare II”, a collection of remixes, live tracks and covers.
