Andy Fairweather Low & The Low Riders

This concert is rescheduled, this is the new date. Your tickets remain valid.

Andy Fairweather Low acquired celebrity status with Amen Corner in the 60's. His voice features on classics like 'Bend Me Shape Me', 'Hello Suzy' and '(If Paradise is) Half As Nice'. Meanwhile, the sympathetic singer/guitarist has built an impressive track record. He worked with many musical greats, including Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, David Crosby, Roger Waters, Dave Gilmour, The Who and many others. With his own All-Star ensemble he steps into the spotlight as a solo artist besides telling some anecdotes about his life as a musician.

Andy Fairweather Low is a sought-after session musician, but for live performances with his 'Low Riders' he always tries to make room in his agenda. Besides Fairweather Low the band comprises of bassist Dave Bronze, drummer Paul Beavis and Nick Pentelow on saxophone and clarinet. In 2013, the band opened for Eric Clapton during his European tour. In 2015 they were once again asked by Eric Clapton to open for his 70th Birthday tour, taking the stage for as many as seven times at The Royal Albert Hall. A remarkable band with an intriguing frontman. In short, a must see for fans of blues and soul!
