Pete Lincoln (Sweet)

Pete Lincoln is a versatile musician. In the 80's and 90's, he performed with artists such as Sir Cliff Richard, Tina Turner and Shakin' Stevens around the world. From 1996 to 2005 he was the frontman of the band Sailor, known for megahits as 'Glass Of Champagne' and 'Girls, Girls, Girls'. Since 2005 he is the frontman and bassplayer of The Sweet. The British glamrockers still play to sold out venues after more than 40 years.
In 2013, Pete released his first solo album, entitled "Soul Searching". In spring 2016 his second album, "Heartbeat", was released. Both albums get promising reviews from music enthusiasts, critics and fans of The Sweet and Sailor. His solo performances are personal and intimate. Armed with only his voice and a guitar, Pete loves the challenge to do what he likes most in an intimate setting. Expect hits from Sailor, The Sweet and solo material.
